Parking and Power

When will parking open?

While PQMRA will settle in their club members on Saturday, July 21, parking for all other participants will begin at 9am on Sunday, July 22 and continue through Monday, July 23.

What should I expect when I first arrive with my equipment?

Arriving Prior to Parking Being Open:
If at all possible, please plan to arrive no sooner than the morning of Thursday, July 19 given PQMRA members will be dedicating their time on Wednesday to parking club members.  In the event you arrive on Wednesday, know that your equipment will remain hooked up in a staging area and you will be provided with a number to assist in parking prioritizaton on Thursday.

Once Parking Opens:
All participants not pre-staged will enter through the entrance marked with checkered flags on each side.  Members of PQMRA will assist you in getting unhooked, and provide you with registation materials that will include your safety sheets and more to help quickly settle you in.

How will parking be prioritized?

Parking will be structured based on your trailer and motorhome size on a first come first serve basis. All PQMRA members will be parked on Wednesday.

Will toy haulers have access to power?

Toy haulers registered for premier space will have access to power.

Will trailers have access to power?

Regretfully power supplies are limited, however some trailers will have access to power.  Given we are not able to promise everyone power, you should plan to use your generator during the event.

Will motorhomes have access to power?

Yes.  Members registering for "premier" motorhome parking will have access to power.

How can I request to be parked next to someone?

Every attempt will be made to accommodate parking you next to families you prefer.  To help support our efforts, please plan to arrive together.

Will I be able to get my motorhome and/or trailer out early if needed?

Whlie the parking plan has been designed with flexibility in mind, in some cases moving trailers or motorhomes prior to the end of the event will not be possible.  If you wish to leave early, please do notify the registration desk and every effort will be made to accommodate your request within reason.
